What Is the Hip Hop Cultural Summit?
The Hip Hop Cultural Summit started as a partnership between AllHipHop, Guerrilla Republik, and the Delaware Art Museum in Wilmington. What began as a one day event has grown into one of Delaware’s biggest free cultural gatherings, pulling in more than 1,000 people in past years. Earlier summits have featured a headline conversation with Public Enemy co-founder Flavor Flav, live MC, DJ, graffiti, and breakdance battles, and panels on hip hop’s role in education, activism, and race. The 4th Annual Hip Hop Cultural Summit keeps that mission going: celebrating and preserving hip hop culture for the next generation.
Meet the Guests Bringing the Summit to Good Morning Delaware
Today’s guests include Grouchy Greg, co-founder of AllHipHop.com and one of the summit’s lead organizers.
